Brian L. Hoffman has been a practicing attorney since 2000. His practice is focused on family law, including complex debt and asset division in divorce, as well as estate and planning, settlement and litigation. In addition, Mr. Hoffman also focuses on representing debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings, including chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the judicial law clerk to Hon. Florence R. Peskoe, P.J.S.C. and Hon. Thomas W. Cavanagh, P.J.Ch. An honors graduate of Rutgers College, Brian earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has taught numerous courses on law and accounting at both Brookdale Community College and The Wharton School. Brian is admitted to the bar New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.
